A cross connector clamp is used to connect the purlin to the bow without having to drill holes in the bows. This is used when extra strength is needed out of the bow. Don't Drill! Cross-Connect! Drilling can compromise the safety of your greenhouse frame by reducing its tube strength by a full 25%. The 2-piece aluminum connector retains 100% of your frame's strength. Item comes complete with bolts and nuts. They are sold in lots of 10.
L-Brackets are used to fasten the metal end walls together. These L-Brackets will last for years and are galvanized to prevent rusting. They are 2" wide and use 4 self-tapping screws. Please note that the self-tapping screws are sold separately. These are sold in lots of 10.
Greenhouse repair tape is used for small cuts or holes in your plastic. It is used as a "quick fix" to stop the hole or cut from growing larger. Repair tape does not replace your plastic; it just gives you more time and use out of it. From our experience, we get about 12-15 months out of plastic repair tape. Results are not guaranteed, but we do recommend the greenhouse repair tape for unexpected repairs and needs. The rolls of tape are 48ft long. It comes in 3 different widths you can choose from.
Self-Tapping Screws are used in fastening many parts of your greenhouse together.They are used to fasten the L-Brackets, Cross-Connector Clamps, Purlin Clamps, and anywhere that 12 gauge metal is connected together.Screws are sold in bags of 500.Screws are galvanized to prevent rusting.
Our metal ground stakes are 30" long, standard length. They are driven into hard soil or clay about 28" deep. (Cement may be required in areas of soft ground) On top of the ground stake, a ground stake cuff is placed, and then the bow of the greenhouse is put into the cuff. The ground stake is typically the same size as the greenhouse bow.
These brackets are for fastening metal or wood post to the end walls. Please specify 2x2 or 4x4 end wall materials and the size of the bow. They are used for attaching tubing bows to end wall. They are sold in lots of 6.
Angle Base (sold in 8' sections) is used to trim around the poly carbonate this gives the ends of the greenhouse a finished look, and provides the means to fasten your end plastic.
1-1/4" square tubing is sold in 24' lengths (add 1.25 to price per cut). This is the size used to make our custom greenhouse doors. Puckett Greenhouses, LLC also carries various sizes of readymade doors (see Main Shop/doors).
2-1/4 Square Tubing sold is sold in 20' lengths is used to make a frame for the greenhouse end (a solid 14 gauge galvanized tubing.) add an additional 1.25 per cut.
