This formula consists of approximately 10,000 parts per million of Indole-3-acetic acid, (IBA) and 5,000 parts per million of Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA). Because alcohol is used as the solvent for the active ingredients, Wood's Rooting Compound is self sanitizing, so cross contamination problems are eliminated. There are several advantages of using concentrated liquid dips over the leading powders. One of the foremost is to let the propagator easily select the exact concentration for each type of cutting.
